Every detail of Morgan & Jim’s Children’s Harbor Wedding was beautiful, from the white chapel in the woods to the picturesque little white lighthouse. We loved so many details from their day. Especially the way the florals perfectly mirrored Morgan’s ethereal, delicate gown, and the small touches of Jim’s favorite bad (The Grateful Dead) and favorite movie sprinkled throughout the day. *Watch the film and tell us what that movie is.* Hint– it involves their grand entrance to the reception! 😉
Russell Lands Lodge Wedding
Morgan & Jim got ready at The Russell Lands Lodge at Cocktail Slough, where the reception was also held under a large white tent overlooking the lake. A large part of their wedding day revolved around celebrating family. Especially their new family of three with James, Jim’s son. One of the sweetest moments we got to capture was how excited James was as Morgan & Jim were announced for the first time as husband and wife. I loved that “Congrats, Dad!” fistbump!
Children’s Harbor Wedding Chapel
This was our first time filming a Chapel at Children’s Harbor wedding, and I can now officially say that it’s one of my favorite ceremony locations in the state. The way the light streams through the trees onto the steeple is just magical! We’d be remiss not to mention the calming effect of the lake waves lapping onto the shore…it’s enough to make you want to pull up a beach chair and just stay a while. Or…enjoy a beautiful wedding day!

We couldn’t wipe the smiles off our faces after spending this day with y’all! We hope you two always dance with each other and joke just like you did on your day. (Also, always keep the sense of humor that is so special in your relationship. It is such a blessing!)
