So I’m going to go on record and say that Katie and Justen are one of the sweetest couples I’ve had the pleasure of spending a wedding day with. The moment I arrived on site at Applewood Farms I saw Justen and his groomsmen out front, playing cornhole. Right then I knew it was going to be the best day, full of friendship, fun and of course, love. My videographer’s heart beat extra hard when I saw the beautiful details Katie incorporated into their wedding! From the mixture of soft pastels and cowboy boots, to the dainty touches of baby’s breath and white roses..all set in a wooden barn that would make any Alabama Bride happy. Don’t forget the sweet, personalized goodie bags for guests and the fun sparkler exit! Dreamy..laid back..friendly..romantic. Those are the words I would choose for this precious couple’s wedding.
It was so sweet to watch Katie’s Grandfather as the officiant, and Justen’s baby nephew, Shephard, as the ring bearer (escorted down the aisle in a wagon, of course). I can tell that these two families truly came together on this day to join as one. Justen & Katie, thank you so much for allowing me to be there to capture your day! It was wonderful, and I pray that you two will be blessed in your marriage!
