I may or may not be crying as I type this.
That’s because my best friend, the person I used to share a locker with and make up cheerleading routines to the “six flags song” with is now a two time Momma.
I always knew Samantha (or Sambo, as I call her) was strong, but there is nothing that proves that point more than watching her be a Momma to two beautiful little girls and a wife to a great man (that I 100% approve of and always have!!) Bryan, you make my best friend so happy, and I love you for that!!
But let’s talk about the princess of the moment here! Lyla Nicole Howell was born February 12 at Brookwood Hospital. At a perfect seven pounds, nine ounces and 14 inches, this spirited little girl already has her momma’s sassy attitude and her daddy’s blue eyes. There’s no denying that this girl is going to be an incredible young lady one day. She is absolutely adored by her big sister Madelyn, and the rest of the family.
She’s also a miracle. And I’m smitten.
