Tented Garden Wedding on Private Estate
This private estate wedding was full of story and intentional design. Dan proposed in the gazebo at Tori’s childhood home, so of course, the gazebo was the perfect place to commit to each other in front of friends and family. Their Shreveport, Louisiana decor and design centered around the gazebo, Tori’s love for all things spring and floral, and of course- her Louisiana roots and their love for family.
Spring Wedding Design Inspired by Dogwood Blooms
Bartenders greeted guests with a fresh beverage in custom chartreuse signature stemware when they arrived at the property. While sipping their drinks, they were able to take in all of the beauty of the spring decor. With the help of Kayla at Jackson Southard Events, Tori was able to create her dogwood dreams design come true, showcasing her love for dogwoods blooming in the spring. In fact, guests were first greeted with this theme as they opened their invitation. Glenn Avenue Calligraphy created a stunning watercolor painting that lined the inside of the invitations depicting the gazebo.
Shreveport Wedding Vendors
We absolutely loved working alongside Kayla and her planning and design team at Jackson Southard Events and found ourselves lost in all of the perfectly placed elements. The Colony House did a fantastic job of showcasing the Burns’ property on the lake while enhancing Tori’s vision for a spring wedding with florals draping every inch of the decor.
After a beautiful ceremony in front of the gazebo (and a brief weather delay), guests danced the night away under the lights of the clear-top tent.
