The first time I got to meet Sidney & Jake was this past spring. We were visiting Demopolis (or Demop as we lovingly call it) to see Bart’s Mom & Dad and Sidney and Jake had just finished an afternoon hunt. Even in their camo outfits, I could tell these two would make a gorgeous bride and groom! Speaking of the outdoors, they actually met each other working at Soggy Bottom Lodge, a hunting lodge just outside of Linden.
After only three years, they knew it was meant to be. Jake proposed to Sidney with their dogs in tow. He and a friend of Sidney’s had planned for the two of them to take photos for their friends photography lecture the next week, so it was all captured in photos!
Both of them were so calm and collected on their wedding day, taking it all in and enjoying every moment. It was a blast to be there with them!
Sidney & Jake,
Y’all know I have a soft spot for Demop people. Getting to know you two and your sweet hearts for each other has been such a joy! Also, getting the opportunity to capture this home you’ve created for yourselves is such a sweet one. I hope that you two will always go out hunting together and always enjoy this fun, crazy life.
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Freeman!!
