It all started in Kindergarten, then grew up on a windy, cold day in November at a Windgate Farms Wedding in Jasper.

“You are my Home, and today feels like I’m finally coming home.” With a wedding day love letter like that, how could we not love this sweet couple and their love story??

When Childhood sweethearts Alley and Hunter asked us to video their Windgate Farms Wedding, we knew we were in for a beautiful, EMOTIONAL day.

How could it not be emotional? Alley has been waiting since Kindergarten to marry Hunter, and judging by the tears he cried seeing her for the first time in her stunning bridal gown, he felt the same.

Add in the stunning fall foliage of the Windgate Farms wedding venue, and the precious ponies that couldn’t help but stop by to see their first look–and you have a beautiful wedding video!

This was our first experience filming a Windgate Farms Wedding. Let me tell you, driving up through the tree-lined driveway felt like we were arriving to Stars Hollow, and that in any minute a fast talking Gilmore Girl would have greeted us, coffee in hand. This venue just makes us happy. Add in the gorgeous ceremony site overlooking the rolling mountains, and we were in heaven.

Alley and her girls snuggled her fluffy pup Gilligan while getting ready, while Hunter and his fellas got ready at the white barn. We loved getting to see all the pre-wedding jitters just melt away as they laughed and dressed for their day. Alley’s sweet first look with her Daddy really made our hearts swell, and seeing Hunter’s Dad helping him get dressed was so sweet.

Flash forward to their precious first look and emotional wedding ceremony, and tears were openly flowing. They worshipped with each other and had the most romantic first kiss as husband and wife, while family and friends (bundled in blankets) cheered them on.
