From the moment I met Bromleigh and Jzyk in person I knew that their wedding day at Applewood Farm in Pell City would be full of personal details. I also knew that they had servants’ hearts. In fact, Jzyk first reached out to me as a surprise for Bromleigh, knowing that she enjoyed my work and wanted my team to come be a part of her wedding day. How sweet is that, a groom getting a videographer for his bride as a wedding present?? I definitely approve. 😉

Also, Bromleigh is the definition of a blushing bride. She was just beaming in her beaded ballgown, especially when she would look at her groom! Add on top of that her bridesmaids’ reactions to seeing her in THE DRESS for the first time, and you will also be beaming. So cute!

They started their marriage with a foot washing ceremony, symbolizing the acts of service they planned to give to one another during their marriage, just as Jesus showed his servants’ heart to his disciples. 

They also are fellow self-professed awkward people, or as Jzyk would say “a little dirpy..” so of course, I feel like they are my people! (Awkward friends need to stick together!) Their wedding day was far from dirpy though, from the burgundy bridesmaids gowns to the lush ranunculus in Bromleigh’s bouquet.  I loved the fall colors..even though our weather was far from “fall like” with temps in the upper 80’s and 90’s.. But it was worth it! Can we talk about this gorgeous GOLDEN HOUR wedding ceremony?? Oh my goodness. The sun peeking through the trees, glowing on these two as they vowed forever was absolutely amazing.
